Composition: The alloy consists of 44% Silver (Ag), 30% Copper (Cu), and 26% Zinc (Zn).
Technical Data: The melting range is between 675°C and 735°C, with a working temperature of 730°C. It has an electrical conductivity of 11.2 m/Ω mm², elongation of 25%, density of 9.1 g/cm³, and tensile strength of 400 MPa with S 235 and 480 MPa with E 295. The operating temperature range for brazed joints is ±200°C.
Applications: Suitable for air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical industry, plumbing, automotive, optics, precision metal parts, fashion accessories, and tool industry.
Operating Conditions: This silver-based brazing alloy is noted for its excellent flow, capillarity, and mechanical strength, suitable for brazing steels, copper, copper alloys, nickel, and nickel alloys.
