Overview
The microFlex Ultra Thin Industrial Fiberscopes by IT Concepts GmbH are designed for high-resolution visual inspections in industrial settings. These fiberscopes are particularly suited for applications with tight inspection apertures or small drill holes.

Specifications
The fiberscopes feature an optical image guide made of highly flexible, thin, and parallel single fibers, ensuring sharp and high-resolution images with excellent color fidelity. They come with a focusable ocular to adjust the optic system to the viewer's visual acuity.

Camera and Light Source Compatibility
microFlex fiberscopes are compatible with a wide range of camera adapters, including CCD and CMOS video cameras, and light sources ranging from 3W to 300W.

Applications
These fiberscopes are ideal for inspecting small workpieces, delicate drill holes, injection tubes, turbine blades, and for random inspections in large series production and security-relevant parts. They are available in custom lengths up to 2 meters.

Documentation Options
The 32mm standard DIN eyepiece allows for various documentation options, including the use of camera adaptors, CCD color video cameras, displays, monitors, and documentation hubs.

Illumination
The integrated fiber light guide provides extremely bright object illumination with high light transmission and low loss light coupling. IT Concepts offers a range of illumination accessories for optimal results.
