ISOVAC ^ Characteristics ISO-VAC is an insulating material based on a microporous core with a very low thermal conductivity. It is based mainly in pyrogenic silica, opacifiers to reduce radiation and fibres as reinforcers. The microporous core is wrapped into a metalized film bag and made vacuum. Both the core and the level of vacuum cooperate achieving the extremely low thermal conductivity ^ Geometry Standard dimensions • 275mm x 350mm x e ^ Safety instructions The materials used are not dangerous for humans or environment following the European directive UE2006/1907/EEC. The fibres used in the core have a diameter >3^m. Standard thinkness Colour silver ^Application restrictions Damages to the outside film must be avoided, care on handling is very important. ^ Lifespan Iso-Vac has a very long lifespan that will depend importantly on the end use, each case has to be studied independently.
