ISOFLEX 25 ISOFLEX 50 ^ Characteristics ISOFLEX 25 o ISOFLEX 50 is an insulating material based on a microporous core with a very low thermal conductivity and thus, very high insulation properties. In addition, due to the overstitching, it is 3D flexible and can be used to insulate nearly any available shape. It is based mainly in pyrogenic silica, opacifiers to reduce radiation and fibres as reinforcers. ^ Geometry Standard dimensions • Maximum 1000 x 600 mm • Minimum 250 x 150 mm • Standard 1000 x 600 mm Cell size available • ISOFLEX25: 25 x 25 mm • ISOFLEX50: 50 x 50mm Standard thickness • 3mm, 5mm, 10mm Tolerances ^ Safety instructions The materials used are not dangerous for humans or environment following the European directive UE2006/1907/EEC. The fibres used in the core have a diameter >3|im. ^ Core Composition • SiO2 (NON CRIYTALLINE) aprox 50-9°% ^ Lifespan If properly stored, the lifespan of the panel has no expiring date.
