Introduction
ISCAR has launched the TOR6MILL, a new family of multifunction milling cutters suitable for die & mold, turbine blade, and general engineering industries. These cutters come with four distinct insert geometries and are available as endmills, interchangeable milling heads, and face mills.

Insert Geometries

TR6 TNCU/MU 1004: Double-sided insert with six round cutting edges, available in corner radii from 0.5 to 3.0 mm, offering excellent surface finish.
TR90 TXMT 1004: Single-sided insert with three cutting edges for 90° shoulder and face milling, featuring a 0.8 mm corner radius and a maximum depth of cut of 4 mm.
TR45 TXMT 1004: Single-sided insert with three 45° cutting edges for general use, with a maximum depth of cut of 3 mm.
TRFF TXMT 1004: Single-sided insert for fast feed machining, with a 17˚ cutting edge angle and a maximum depth of cut of 0.8 mm.

Material and Availability
The inserts are crafted from ISCAR’s latest SUMOTEC carbide grades, ensuring high productivity. They are currently in stock, with pricing details accessible via the GAL system.
