Cutting data • Cutting speed – refer to ISCAR recommendations for carbide grades • Feed per tooth varies from 0.08 to 0.25 mm/tooth depending on workpiece material, operation stability and radial depth of cut. Generally, the starting values should be set within a 0.1-0.15 mm/tooth range, and be adjusted in accordance with the results.
