Announcement Expansion of the MILLSHRED Family with 10 mm Inserts

Highlights Following the successful performance of the MILLSHRED family with 12, 16 and 20 mm inserts, ISCAR is now adding new tools which carry smaller, 10 mm inserts. The new tools were developed to extend the application range of the MILLSHRED family to narrower cavities and slots. Tools The following tools have been added: • ERW endmills with integral shanks and FLEXFIT threaded connections in 25, 32 and 40 mm outer diameters • FRW - a 40 mm face mill.

New Product Announcement Inserts Three different inserts have been added: • RCMT 1004-FW - for machining alloy steel and cast iron • RCMT 1004-FW-F20 - for machining stainless steel (austenitic), aluminum and high temperature alloys • RCCT 1004MO- for machining low alloyed and stainless steel and high temperature alloys The new tools and inserts will be used mainly on small dies and on low power machines.
