Strong, light-weight and versatile Magnum Helium is a new kind of foldable large container for parts and product logistics – the first truly “light” FLC. It consists of lightweight, injection-molded sidewalls and lid attached to a standard plastic pallet base. Since more weight means more expensive and environmental unfriendly transport, as well as more effort to lift and carry containers, Schoeller Arca Systems has established a new benchmark. The base and lid are available in standard black or dark grey. Sidewalls are dark grey as standard but can be customised to match your company colours. 600 x 400 mm containers can be stored and transported easily together. Once loaded on the Magnum Helium lid, the smaller containers are held in position by a raised profile. Tracking, tracing and identifying the Magnum Helium are all possible thanks to various devices, including label-holders, pindotted areas for affixing labels, as well as options for barcodes and RFID tagging.
