DOSING MACHINE This machine traces the moisture existing in the mixer, by measuring the power consumption of its engine. This measu- re allows the user to dose the moisture so as to grant the requi- It also permits to prepare an homogeneous mass, with the required moisture and structure. This dosing system avoids the excess or the defect of water. At the beginning, the water dosage is continuous and then is slowing down to be close to the required value. So we can reach a better adjustement of this value. Reducing mixing times (less than 2 minutes, and controlling supply and pressure of water), we can always obtain high quality concrete. FUNCTIONNING STAGES This machine functions in differents stages : During the first stage, the machine measures the moisture coming from the differents agregates. Once this moisture has been fixed, we can now dose water in two other stages : first in a continuous way and than getting closer to the required value. This process avoids having too much water. Once the water dosage has been finished, the mixer continue to mix during any seconds, so as to grant a better Year warranty (parts and labour) against faulty craftmanship and sub-standard raw materials Patented systems Z.I.
