Applications
The INTERSAM series of coils is designed for fluid exchange on the tube side and air on the fin side. They are used for cooling or heating liquids, steam condensation, direct expansion, or refrigerant pumping and condensation. These coils can be customized for integration into customer units or purchased as part of INTERSAM's equipment range. They are utilized in air conditioning, industrial, and refrigeration sectors, including skyscrapers, hospitals, factories, and more.

Specifications
Configuration:
- Series A: Copper tube 5/8”
- Series B: Copper tube 1/2”
- Series Ax: Stainless steel tube 5/8”
- Series Bx: Stainless steel tube 1/2”

Construction:
- Standard coil tubes are made from ASTM quality stretched copper with thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1 mm.
- Stainless steel coil tubes are made from AISI-316 or 304 with thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1 mm.
- Headers for standard coils can be copper or steel, while stainless steel coils have stainless steel headers.
- Welding for standard coils uses phosphoresced copper with silver alloys, while stainless steel coils use automatic TIG orbital welding.
- Fins are corrugated with auto-separation collars, available in aluminum, pre-coated aluminum, copper, or stainless steel, with optional Bronz-Glow treatment for corrosive environments.
- Casings are made from galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, providing rigidity and protection.

Testing
All coils undergo pressure testing with dry air at 38 Kg/cm2 and are submerged in water to check for leaks. Evaporators and condensers are pressure-charged and verified upon reception. A quality stamp certifies the test and ensures product traceability.
