The ILT950NIR allows for economical measurements by comparison to many TE-Cooled spectrometers, yet still offers exceptional performance. With a sample speed of only 1.06 ms/scan and integration times as fast as 10 µs the ILT950-NIR offers fast accurate results. Sample Speed w/On-Board Averaging: COSINE CORRECTORS Several cosine correctors are available in addition to our standard W2 Cosine Corrector including teflon and miniature models to tailor the ILT950-NIR to your unique application. Applications include laser measurements, Research and development, Transmission measurements, LED testing, and IR lamp testing. Power Supply: The ILT950-NIR can be combined with ILTs UV-VIS spectrometers by attaching a bifurcated fiber cable to both units, with only 1 shared input optic. This allow simultaneous, broad spectrum measurements with minimal set up time. Results are displayed for both systems in one graph using ILT’s easy to use SpectrILight software. **Additional slit sizes and gratings are available. Changing the slit and grating can allow for smaller resolution, a reduction in the wavelength range and an increase in sensitivity.
