The situation at the site should be considered before selecting an antenna. The use of wall antennas is recommended in case of an installation inside a shielded building or switch cabinet. The long cable lead allows an installation outside the building/switch cabinet. The additional mounting bracket for wall mounting is very useful here. Magnetic base or right angle antennas are used with devices that are installed in an environment where the reception is pretty good already. We are also offering cable extensions for antennas as a matter of course.
