Each year we process more than 120 million parts. Historical actors in the pre-coating industry, Soprima and Prelok combine more than 50 years of experience in 4 fields: n L ocking by bonding: the threaded parts are locked by a microcapsulated adhesive which prevents from unscrewing. L ocking by polyamide or Tuflok®: the repositionable locking of threads is obtained by deposing at 180° or at 360° a nylon based patch. Sealing: the pre-coated resins enable to seal screwed assemblies, hafted assemblies or mounted assemblies. deposed varnishes on threads avoid phenomena like jamming during screwing or under extreme conditions. Our knowledge, previously oriented to automotive industries, is today accessible for any industry.
