- Air actuated ON-OFF valves designed for steel working and metallurgical industries.
- High reliability for heavy and continuous duties with stroke regulation up to size 09.
- Features a smooth valve response and easy maintenance with a metal-to-metal seal.
- Includes a 5/2-way air solenoid valve kit.
- Fluid compatibility: Water and HFA.
- Functionality: Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO).
- Working pressure: 315 bar (31.5 MPa) to 500 bar (50 MPa).
- Ambient temperature range: +2°C to +60°C.
- Pneumatic feeding: Lubricated compressed air at 5 to 7 bar (0.5 to 0.7 MPa).
- Electrical input: 24 V DC or 110/220 V.
- Connections: SAE6000 drilling for 315 bar, INOXIHP drilling for 500 bar.
- Materials: Body in carbon steel, internal parts in stainless steel.
- Accessories include proximity switches, flanges kit, and base frame.
- Options for body in stainless steel, drilling for ANSI or special flanges, 2-coil solenoid valve kit, and cartridge version.
- Sizes range from DN 20 (3/4”) to DN 100 (4”), with specific sizes available only for PN 315 bar.
