SE-LE SERIES SE and LE Series automatic loaders are machines designed and manufactured to loading on tubes normal net, elastic net, sock net, synthetic casing and plastic casing. 01. Strong All our automatic loaders are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, are robust, reliable and designed to provide maximum safety at all stages of loading. Accessories and devices are also available to facilitate the loading of particularly delicate casings such as collagen casings onto the tubes. 02. Fast The technology applied to our loaders makes it possible to drastically shorten stuffing times by allowing the operator to pre-load the net or casing in no time at all. For this reason we can supply, together with the loader, a casing soaking tank equipped with a system capable of maintaining a constant temperature of the water, as well as an automatic system to pull and feed the casing to be loaded. Casing loading is carried out on tubes with diameters ranging from Ø60 to Ø180 mm. This machine is also part of a new series and has been upgraded with the inclusion of an operator panel that allows configuration of, among other things, the different types, sizes and quantities of casing to be loaded by simply setting the desired programme. When the cycle is started, the machine automatically loads the tube for the quantity set by the programme. 03. Safe Special construction solutions were adopted, such as rounded corners, sloping walls, and suitably machined surfaces, to prevent stagnation and deposits of water, dust and dirt. LE Series In addition to the SE versions, we design a special loader, called LE, that is able to load tubes of different calibre by simply replacing the loading clamps in a quick and easy operation. In fact, the net is loaded on round tubes with a gauge ranging from Ø70 up to Ø180mm. Once the cycle is started, the machine automatically loads the tube for the set amount of net.
