Description P600 and P800 semiautomatic presses and stuffers were developed to solve the problem of forming and stuffing whole muscles such as pancetta, coppe, hams, bresaola or pieces of meat in general into synthetic or natural casings, stockings or any plastic tubular casing. P600 can use molds whose calibers can range from a minimum of 70mm to a maximum of 180mm. Moreover, one can supply oval molds for special products such as beef bresaola, for example. Mold replacement becomes extremely simple and rapid. Machine operation is electropneumatic. Maximum length of the product to be stuffed is 500mm for the standard version, however, for longer products, we have specially developed P800 with a load capacity for products up to 800mm long. Possible combinations P600N and P800N identify the standard setup of the machine with which one can stuff into cellulosic, collagenic or plastic casings. This machine can be accessorized with a special bulkhead useful for forming product ends. RCs are suitable for stuffing in elastic or calibrated film or net anatomical product to be cooked, such as rosts.
