Electrospinning Machine Inovenso’s NE300 fully automated electrospinning machine is designed to carry electrospinning research to a more advanced level. For electrospinning applications; process parameters and ambient conditions are important factors in determining the character of the product being produced. With its advanced automation system and user-friendly interface, the NE300 allows you to recall all parameters via a single 7inches touch screen and manage the process with precise settings. NE300 is a needle based electrospinning system of 9 needles. It also has a 314x220 mm nanofiber coating area via a rotating drum collector that can reach 500 RPM. Also a flat collector of 130x365 mm comes with the standard machine. This system is designed to be used with core-shell nozzles to obtain bicomponent products and rotating mill collector to obtain tubular nanofiber membranes. Also according the user’s needs, temperature and humidity control system can be added to the system. All precautions have been taken on the device for user health and safety. NE300 is one of the most well-known electrospinning devices in terms of technical properties and user satisfaction.
