The Shrink Hood System is an automated solution designed to apply plastic coverings to palletized loads. It accurately detects pallet dimensions and uses an oven with a burner to heat and shrink the film to 280ºC, ensuring the load is completely airtight and securely fixed.
Shrink Hood Process
- Shape, cut, and welding of the plastic film.
- Positioning of the cover over the load.
- Lowering of the hood onto the load.
- Thermo-shrink hooding to seal the load.
