Project specific documentation (e.g., cover sheets, drawing headers, reference numbers, tag numbers, project specific templates word/excel) Order Option Y87 Description • One cover sheet per order-specific document: Electrical data sheet, Dimension drawing text. • One drawing header per order-specific document: Motor dimension drawing, Shaft drawing • One reference number per document • One tag number per motor • One tag number per main-, star-point or auxiliary terminal box • One tag number per monitoring instrument • One tag number per electrical consumer • Use of project-specific templates provided by the customer (Word or Excel file format), provided that the data to be added is contained in one of the above-mentioned documents By selecting the Y87 option, the documents ”Electrical Data Sheet”, ”Dimensional drawing” and ”Dimensional drawing text”, if the data is provided to us, are extended as follows: We request that you submit the project-specific templates, reference, and tag numbers with your order. If this is not possible, you have the option to send them to us no later than four (4) weeks after placing the order. If we receive your data after the expiration of the four (4) week period, we will send you a supplementary offer for the additional effort caused. After receiving the pre-documentation, we kindly ask you to approve the documentation, or, if necessary, to inform us about changes within a period of 4 weeks. During the mentioned four (4) week period we accept one change free of charge. One change may cause adjustments to several documents but may cause a maximum of one revision per document. If you need technical changes or further modifications on the documents, we will be pleased to prepare and send you a quote. If the order item contains the option Y82, changes of tag numbers on the plates must be ordered and paid separately. Option for ordering of up to 5 additional plates for customer data (indicate quantity and text). Further information according to option description. Transmittal, reproduction, dissemination and/or editing of this document as well as utilization of its contents and communication thereof to others without express authorization are prohibited.
