Autonomous oil circuit Order option K86 Description Machines with sleeve bearings that cannot be operated with natural cooling, e.g. due to excessive speed or ambient temperature, require an external oil supply. The external oil supply ensures cooling of the bearings and the lubricant supply. If an external oil supply cannot be provided, an autonomous oil circuit can be used as a full-fledged replacement. The system is self-sufficient, no separate line-side power supply connection is required. The integrated oil cooling system cools the oil without requiring an external oil and power supply. The heat sink cools the oil. A pump, which is directly connected to the rotor, draws in the oil and pumps it back to the sleeve bearing through the heat sink. A throttle valve and a flow meter are used to set the oil flow rate required. Operating range HV M and HV C, shaft heights 450-900, all cooling methods. Safe Area, no marine applications Additional space requirements: up to approx. 200 mm axially, depending on the version. Oil piping is required on the side.
