The RCLED-930-15 is a high-power RCLED chip designed by Innolume GmbH, offering 15mW output at a wavelength of 930nm. It features an InGaAs/AlGaAs structure with a resonant cavity for reduced spectral width and enhanced power. The product is RoHS compliant.

Design and Construction:
