INKOMA - Lineflex couplings - 1

INKOMA-GROUP Lineflex couplings 2013.01 The INKOMA-Lineflex coupling is a machine component for the transmission of torque between shafts having parallel but offset axes. The amount of offset can be infinitely varied within design limits, at both standstill and in rotation. The coupling is similar to the parallel offset coupling (type PK) and comprises three discs. These discs have their faces parallel to each other and are connected with at least two pairs of links at right angles to each other. This special link arrangement also permits problem-free connection of parallel shafts having zero offset. Features of the INKOMA-Lineflex coupling: The INKOMA-Lineflex couplings are absolutely synchronous running. i.e. no angular displacement between input and output regardless of the degree of offset. Within the stated limits INKOMALineflex couplings can accommodate any degree of offset without any axial displacement. Couplings are fully dynamically balanced and damp radial vibrations. Pure torque is transmitted so that no reactive force is transmitted to related shaft bearings INKOMA - GROUP INKOMA ALBERT A - I - M

Lineflex couplings The INKOMA-Linef lex coupling LFK is available in the following Both outer discs have tapped holes for the mounting of adaptors Both outer discs have finished bores in outward facing hubs and Basic version A1 with additional shrink disc. The shrink disc allows keyless fitting to the shaft. Basic version A1 with additional adaptor flanges. These flanges have hubs for shaft fitting. A5= Hub version with inward facing integral hubs: Both outer discs have finished bores in inward facing hubs. A6= Separable hub version with inward facing integral hubs: Basic version A1 with...
