Product catalog summary
Overview of INKOMA-Inkoflex Couplings
The INKOMA-Inkoflex coupling is designed for torque transmission between shafts where perfect alignment is not feasible due to manufacturing or operational conditions. It compensates for radial and angular misalignments within specified limits and is patented in major industrial countries.

Key Features
  • Torsionally stiff connection with misalignment compensation
  • No loss of synchronicity
  • Dynamically balanced and short in length
  • No reactive loads on bearings
  • Accommodates radial misalignment of a few millimeters and angular misalignment up to 5°
  • Maintenance-free and constructed entirely of steel

Versions of INKOMA-Inkoflex Couplings
  • A1: Basic Version - Outer discs with tapped holes for component connection
  • A2: Hub Version - Finished bores and keyways in outward facing hubs
  • A3: Tension Hub Version - Includes a shrink disc for keyless shaft fitting
  • A4: Separable Hub Version - Adaptor flanges with hubs for shaft fitting
  • A5: Hub Version with Inward Facing Hubs - Finished bores in inward facing hubs
  • A6: Separable Hub Version with Inward Facing Hubs - Inward facing adaptor flanges
  • A7: Split Hub Version - Fixed and removable parts for radial clamping without axial displacement

Combinations and Special Versions
Couplings can combine different versions, e.g., A1/A2. Custom executions are available, incorporating elements like sprockets or gears.

Technical Specifications
  • Radial offset and angular misalignment capabilities vary by model
  • Inertia and torque specifications are provided for each model
  • Maximum speed and power ratings are specified for each model

INKOMA - Inkoflex couplings-1

INKOMA-GROUP Inkoflex couplings 2013.01 The INKOMA-Inkoflex coupling is a machine element for the transmission of torque between shafts where absolute alignment cannot be guaranteed, due to manufacture or assembly limitations, or where due to operating conditions an ideal aligment cannot be achieved. The INKOMA Inkoflex coupling compensates for both radial and angular misalignment, occurring during operation, up to the permitted designed limits. Patents for the INKOMA Inkoflex coupling have been applied for in all leading industrial countries. The INKOMA-Inkoflex coupling has the following important features: •Torsionally stiff shaft connection with compensation for radial and angular misalignment. •no loss of synchronicity •dynamically balanced •short length •no reactive loads on related bearings •accommodates a few millimeters of radial misalignment and up to 5° of angular misalignment •maintenance free •all-steel construction INKOMA - GROUP INKOMA ALBERT A - I - M
