Product catalog summary
Overview of INKOMA-Inkocross Couplings
The INKOMA-Inkocross coupling is a mechanical component designed to transmit torque uniformly between input and output shafts. It accommodates parallel offsets and angular deflections, and can handle axial loads in both tension and compression. Key features include rotational stiffness, compensation for radial and angular offsets, high torque transmission, ease of assembly and disassembly, and fail-safe characteristics due to specialized materials.
Versions of INKOMA-Inkocross Couplings
  • A1 - Flange Version: Features fixing holes for socket head cap screws.
  • A2 - Hub Version: Includes finished bores and keyways to BS 4235 (DIN 6885).
  • A3 - Tension Hub Version: Similar to the flange version but with an additional shrink disc for keyless fitting.
  • A7 - Split Hub Version: Comprises a fixed and removable part for radial clamping, with a keyway to BS 4235 (DIN 6885), requiring no axial shaft displacement for assembly.
Combinations of these versions are possible, allowing for customized configurations.
Special Versions
Customer-specific executions are available, which can incorporate additional components like sprockets, gears, or shafts into the outer discs.
Technical Specifications
The document provides a table listing various models of the INKOMA-Inkocross coupling, detailing parameters such as radial offset, angular misalignment, static torque, and inertia. These specifications are crucial for selecting the appropriate coupling for specific applications.

INKOMA - Inkocross couplings-1

INKOMA-GROUP Inkocross couplings 2013.01 The INKOMA-Inkocross coupling - KWK is a machine component which uniformly transmits torque between input and output. The INKOMA-Inkocross coupling can tolerate a parallel offset and an angular deflection of the shafts. In addition it may be loaded axially in both tension and compression. The INKOMA-Inkocross coupling has the following important features: •rotationally stiff shaft connection with compensation of radial and angular offset •provides synchronous transmission whilst radially offset •extremely high torque transmission •simple assembly and disassemby •good fail safe characteristics due to special materials INKOMA - GROUP INKOMA ALBERT A - I - M

INKOMA - Inkocross couplings-2

Inkocross couplings The INKOMA-lnkocross coupling is available in the following Both outer discs have fixing holes for socket head cap screws for connecting components. Both outer discs have finished bores in outward facing hubs and Flange version with additional shrink disc. The shrink disc allows keyless fitting to the shaft. This hub version has two components - a fixed and a removable part allowing radial clamping to the shaft, it also has a keyway to BS 4235 (DIN 6885). This version requires no axial displacement of the shaft for assembly and disassembly. Each coupling can combine any of...
