EEX (ATEX or IEC-EX) VERSION PESA Desktop the step by step dosing procedure PESA The Inkmaker PESA is a manual blending system, ideal for small in-plant operations. Inkmaker software combined with a high resolution scale provides a clean and easy to use system. The PESA is easy to operate requiring minimal input: the screen prompts the operator to select the desired job number or the formula and the required batch size. Scale tare is automatically set by the computer. The PESA can handle both water based as well as solvent-based products ( - ATEX or IEC-EX - version) The software displays the required weight of each components within the formula. Wa t e r B a s e a n d S o l ve n t B a s e The active window displays the actual weight of each component while it is being manually dosed. the software alerts the operator if, by mistake, the weight exceeds the programmed tolerance. If this happens, the operator can prompt the software to reformulate; in order to compensate for the error A weigh summary sheet is printed for each batch showing the exact batch information.
