Bases and colourants are stored in dedicated containers and whenever necessary, a custom designed distribution system transfers them to the dispensing heads. In-Can production: bases are first dispensed inside empty containers. Once this process is complete, the filled up containers are placed under the colourants dispensing head for the final tinting operations. Containers are then moved to the mixers. In-Batch production: the operator positions an empty vessel under the bases dispensing head. While the bases are dispensed, the operator places a container under the colourants dispensing head. Once both dispensing operations are completed, the operator pours the colourants into the bases' vessel. Finished product is now ready to be mixed. Is that simple!
