TEDI FEED is the new line of mill with tangential inserts available with PCD and CBN inserts, single, double and full cutting edges. TEDI FEED is studied for machining operations from heavy roughing to superfinishing. Available with all holders, with cylindrical shank, monoblock or shell type configurations. A wide range of diameters, lengths and number of cutting edges guarantee the best results in every applications. TEDI MILL is a family of cutters with replaceable cartridges with brazed PCD and PCBN cutting edges. They have been developed thanks to IT.TE.DI’s experience and research and are the result of modern solutions and accurate production checks. An important feature of the TEDI MILL is its clamping system: besides the common screw clamping, a clamping wedge is added, thus the rigidity of the cutter is increased and higher cutting speeds, feeds and tool life are attainable.
