Ctrl VISION Integrated Reception Control Module Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) Supplier Performance monitoring CTRL Vision is a new SPC Vision module for monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing production quality levels. Based on ISO2859 and ISO3951 quality standards, CTRL Vision allows you to confidently accept or reject production lots using proven data driven methods. Why reception control? Acceptance sampling is a well established method for monitoring quality, however, it is not so easy to implement in practice especially in a high pressure, fast moving environment. Often, this means that although sample inspection is carried out, there is no consistent approach or standardised method. 5 Key features to ensure Supplier Quality CTRL provides a consistent and data driven decision process to quickly validate a production lot. It is a key tool for monitoring suppliers and controlling both incoming and outgoing final quality levels. 1. Ergonomic data input A single input screen represents one batch to be inspected.
