I-LAC MULTI CLEAN - 2

Description of the equipment I-LAC MULTI CLEAN is designed with two or three compartments, depending on the model, specifically for cleaning anilox sleeves. The key feature here is that while one compartment is in the process of cleaning one sleeve, the operator has the option to load another anilox sleeve into a separate compartment to start its cleaning. This optimizes the efficiency of the process by allowing multiple sequential cleaning tasks of anilox sleeves, reducing downtime, and increasing overall productivity. The system effectively cleans the surface of anilox sleeves using laser...

Washing Process The washing process is fully automatic and consists of the following cleaning stages: 1. Preparation: The operator will input the cylinder's diameter and width. 2. Cleaning: The machine will automatically position the laser unit and initiate the cleaning cycle (laser firing with vertical movement, rotational rotation, and extraction fan operation). 3. Completion: When the laser reaches the end of the cleaning, it automatically returns to its starting position. Once the cycle is finished, the operator should open the door and remove the anilox sleeve. Anilox Sleeve Cleaning...
