This unit can be used for oily welding smoke & fumes, grinding dust, oil mist, vapors and other nuisance dusts. The system is offered in three configurations – an inlet collar for ducting to some type of collection point, a self-supporting arm with hood or a downdraft table. The standard filters are a 2" washable aluminum mesh, a MERV 7 pleat and a Merv 15 multi-pocket bag. The unit can also be fitted with a final HEPA filter (99.97% eff @ .3 micron) or a V-Bank carbon module for collection of vapors & odors. The motor blower packages can be belt drive or high pressure backward inclined direct drive with CFM ranges from 600–2,000. The casters allow for portability and a dust dump tray helps collect any larger particles. It is a simple, cost-effective unit with a proven track record in all types of industrial air filtration applications.
