TILTING MACHINES

Product catalog summary
Overview
This document provides technical specifications for tilting machines designed for rotating high volumes and heavy loads. These machines can be integrated into production lines and are versatile enough to handle both light and heavy loads.

Specifications
  • The structure is made of standard profiles that are rigidly welded.
  • Cylinders are constructed from steel tubes with hard chrome-plated piston rods and include an anti-rupture valve.
  • Machines can operate either electro-hydraulically or with a 100% electric drive.
  • Electro-hydraulic systems feature a sealed tank housing the electric motor, hydraulic pump, valves, and filters.
  • Electric drive systems use a geared motor unit sized according to the load and volume requirements.
  • Activation is controlled by command push buttons and limit switches, with options for automatic or "dead man" operation.

Compliance and Standards

TILTING MACHINES-1

TILTING MACHINES These equipment are designed to allow the rotation of high volumes / high loads. They can also be used as a complementary tool to other equipment and integrate production lines. They have very versatile characteristics allowing the movement of simple and light loads but also of bulky and heavy loads. • The functioning of these tilting machines can be electro-hydraulic or 100% electric: • Electro-hydraulic drive functioning type: the hydraulic unit consists of a sealed tank, where the electric motor, hydraulic pump, valves and filters are housed in; • 100% electric drive functioning type: geared motor unit is sized according to load / volume needs to be moved; Technical standard specifications • The structure consists of standard profiles, rigidly welded; • The cylinders, made of steel tube with hard chrome plated piston rods, are equipped with anti-rupture valve; • Command push buttons and limit switches complete the activation of the equipment which can be automatic or “dead man” type; • Following Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC requirements; • Electrical switchboard according to standard EN 60204-1.
