HYDRAULIC PRESSES • Limitation of the maximum hydraulic pressure of the circuit; • Pressure switch to limit the maximum force developed (immediate cut-off); • Load-sustaining valve to operate as a parachute and sustain the untimely descent of the moving bolster plate in the event of the rupture of any hydraulic element. The electrical circuit complies with the EN 60204 standard and has all required protections, including thermal motor protection. The press performs all the necessary movements during a complete cycle in automatic mode. It is prepared to work on automatic lines properly safeguarded with physical protectors. Technical standard specifications • Pressing capacity: 10 up to 500 Ton; • The display makes it possible to obtain reports of temperature, pressure and exerted force; PHC SERIES • Temperature heating above 300ºC; Pressing machines for moulding metallic and nonmetallic materials. • Water cooling; They are actuated by hydraulic cylinders, powered by an energy unit coupled to an electric motor. • Moving bolster; • Operation Control panel near the press; The pressing plates are made of steel, properly ground and assembled together with chrome guides. The hydraulic circuit integrates the necessary safety solutions, such as: • Following Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the harmonised standard EN 693 requirements; • Electrical switchboard according to standard EN 60204-1.
