Direct-Flo Gold Advanced Hot Runner Technology
Direct-Flo™ Gold systems are designed for technical part molding using engineered resins, offering enhanced hot runner performance and robustness. They feature a wide range of gating options, shot ranges from 7g to 9000g, and unitized leak-proof designs.
DF Gold nozzles come in compression fit (DFX) and threaded screw-in designs (DFQ) with channel sizes from 5mm to 25mm. The DFQ design ensures a secure, leak-proof connection to the manifold. Multi-zone nozzles with multiple heaters allow precise heat control, and Twin Heater technology ensures continuous operation even if one element fails.
DF Gold systems are supported globally in over 35 countries and are suitable for automotive, appliances, electronics, caps/closures, packaging, housewares, medical devices, and technical applications.
Advanced control systems like MV2 Series, M Series, Microcom® Temperature Controls, VGC™ - Valve Gate Control, and GSC2™ - Gate Sequence Control enhance productivity and performance. Opti-Flo® manifolds with MeltFlipper® technology improve productivity and part quality.
Unitized systems use DFQ nozzles for a leak-proof connection, supplied fully assembled, pre-wired, and tested. They feature robust stainless steel channels for wiring protection and quick connect fittings for hydraulic and water lines, facilitating easy installation and maintenance.
