Silver Series Automatic Bottle Filling and Capping Line Impac Engineering developed the Silver Series to address the necessity of packaging liquids in bottles. The Silver Series was designed to fill plastic and glass bottles with thick substances, such as oil, chemicals, creams, jam, honey and many more. The models in this series are highly recommended for a wide range of industries, including:       Pharmaceuticals Cosmetics Food and beverages Detergents Chemicals Building and construction Operation Principle: The Silver Series consists of a linear conveyor which transports the bottles among the various stations, chosen by the customer. The filling process is implemented by stainless steel gear pumps motorized by servo motors. The line is easily adjusted to different bottle sizes and shapes with no major changes in the system.
