CFM series Linear Machine for filling wafer cones with Marshmallow The machine is suitable for filling homogeneous Albumin foam (marshmallow) into wafer cones and coating them with chocolate. The machine includes the following systems: • • • • • • • Plates conveyor to transport the cups/cones through the stations Automatic cones/cups feeder (Optional) Cones/Cups fastening unit Dynamic depositor Chocolate coating device Coconut flakes sprinkling device (optional) Integrated cooling tunnel (optional) Operation principle: 1. The wafer cones/cups are placed manually (or automatically as an option) on the conveyor. 2. The fastening device presses and straightens the cups/cones into their places on the plates. 3. The filling consists of a dynamic depositor which dives to the bottom of the cones and fills them while rising to the top. This ensures filling most of the cone's internal space. 4. When the cones/cups reach the edge of the conveyor, they are rotated and run under the conveyor in an upside-down position. 5. The cones/cups are dipped in melted chocolate up to the desired level. 6. Surplus of chocolate drips back to the chocolate container. 7. Coconut fakes are applied to the wet chocolate with a sprinkling device (Optional). 8. The cones go through a cooling tunnel to completely harden the chocolate (Optional). 9.
