Product Description
The T5 Valve Block is designed for dual pump installations, offering a space-saving and cost-effective solution for applications requiring two pumps, either for redundancy or operational purposes. Functionality
The valve block features inlet and outlet ports on both sides, allowing multiple configuration options. It includes one set of inlet-outlet flanges and blind flanges. Shut-off valves, regulated by an Allen key, are present for maintenance purposes, and the outlet side valves also function as non-return valves to prevent reverse flow. The filter chamber, equipped with 500 µm strainers, includes de-pressurizing plugs and protective covers. A drainage plug is available for servicing or inspection.

Operating Modes
The valve block supports two operating modes: one pump in operation with the other on standby, or both pumps operating simultaneously. It can accommodate different pump sizes to meet varying flow demands.

Function of the valve block The block is equipped with inlet and outlet ports on both sides; hence there are several options for inlet outlet configurations. The valve block is delivered with one set of inlet - outlet flanges and one set of blind flanges. The inlet and outlet chambers are equipped with a shut off valves regulated by an Allen key if one of the pumps or the filter has to be removed during operation.
