Low pressure pumps ACD

Product catalog summary
Product Description: The ACD6 Std Line pump is designed for flow volumes between 10 - 42 l/min with a maximum differential pressure of 7 bar. It is suitable for applications such as circulation, lubrication, and transfer of various fluids including lubrication oil, fuel oil, and hydraulic fluids.
Functionality: The ACD pumps are available in two versions: Lube Line and Fuel Line, differentiated by their shaft seal design. They can handle a variety of non-aggressive fluids with lubricating properties and can be certified by several classification societies.
Applications: These pumps are typically used for lubrication in diesel engines, turbines, and paper machines, as well as for circulation in hydraulic systems and transformers. They are also used as transfer pumps in various industrial settings.
Installation: The pump is designed to be directly coupled to an IEC 071 electric motor and can be mounted horizontally or vertically. It is delivered with counter flanges and can be mounted on a valve block.
Pump Model Code: The model code provides information on the pump series, size, lead, generation, material, shaft seal design, mounting, valve, and any special design features.
Technical Data: The pump includes an integral pressure relief valve adjustable for different pressures, with a maximum set pressure of 7 bar. The maximum discharge pressure is 12 bar, and the differential pressure is 7 bar, adjustable based on fluid viscosity. The pump is designed for a maximum speed of 3600 rpm and operates in a clockwise direction.
Sound Level: The typical sound level is 58 dB[A] measured at specific conditions.
Design: The pump does not require a ball bearing as the motor's bearing handles the forces. It is constructed from materials like nodular cast iron and steel, with seals made from materials like Viton.
Performance Guide: Performance values are provided for different speeds and flow rates, with power consumption details.
Dimensions: Detailed dimensions and weights are provided for the pump and its components.
Accessories and Maintenance: Accessories such as valve blocks and electric motors are available. Maintenance and service instructions are provided, with spare parts readily available.

1. Applications 1.1 Functionality The ACD pumps come in two executions; Lube Line and Fuel Line. The main difference is the shaft seal design; V-seal - optimized for light duty and T-seal - heavy duty respectively. The ACD pump is used for a number of different fluids: Lubrication oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, hydraulic oil and other hydraulic fluids, polymers, emulsions and any non-aggressive fluid with sufficient lubricating properties. If requested, the ACD pump may be certified according to any of following classification societies: DNV, BV, LRS, ABS, RS, GL, KR or RMR. 1.2 Applications Typical...

3. Technical Data 3.1 Pressure Information Pressure relief valve The pump is equipped with an integral pressure relief valve with internal return, limiting the differential pressure across the pump and protecting the pump. Should the discharge line be blocked, the relief valve will open by the pressure. The valve is adjustable for different opening pressures. The value of the pressure limit can be set at the factory and should be adjusted at installation (see Installation & Start-up instruction for low-pressure pumps). The maximum pressure accumulation is 4 bar. The valve has a maximum set pressure...

3. Technical Data 3.3 Sound level Typical pump sound levels refer to free field conditions at a distance of 1 m from the pump. Noise of driver excluded in the quoted figures. The sound levels are measured at a discharge pressure of 5 bar, 2940 rpm and viscosity 40 cSt, according to ISO-3741.
