All-in-one design built on a heavy-duty IMMA semi-trailer chassis can be towed by 4x2 tractor truck head. Capacity from 30 m³/h to 100 m³/h available.

EQUIPMENTS AGGREGATE STORAGE HOPPERS Aggregate storage hoppers are manufactured as 3,4,5 or 6 compartments as requested. Storage capacity of hoppers are between 45 m³ and 360 m³. Structural and static analysis are done for hopper legs and hopper body. In case of request, it is possible to cover the hopper with heat isolated sheetmetals, to adapt a grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighing is done by 8 units of load-cells.

MIXERS: The mixers can be installed as pan, singleshaft, twinshaft or planet type. Whole range is interlined by HARDOX-400 or ST-52 for a long-lived and strong structure. CONVEYORS: IMMA's wide experience helps to submit the best in the class conveying and weighting/dosing operations. so that approves the most appropriate working angle and dimensions. 4 layered cord belt rubbers with high strength against abrasion, electric motors with suitable power and gearboxes are used in our conveyors.

WEIGHING HOPPERS / SCALING - DOSING Weighing of cement, water and admixture are done by loadcells in our concrete plants. Cement, water and admixture hoppers are designed so that they will allow to production of any class of concrete. Material discharging from the weighing hoppers is done by WAM brand butterfly valves.

ÇİMENTO SİLOLARI / CEMENT SILOS Two types of cement silo is offered as welded and bolted type with capacities between 50 mtons and 1000m tons. The silos are delivered all-in tools/indicators as level indicators, filter, air jet, butterfly valves, safety cages stairs, manhole, walk-away, etc. which are built as per structural & static analysis as per CE norms.

AUTOMATION SYSTEM PC & PLC controlled system The plant is fully automated and the system is controlled on an 8" colored touchscreen with integrated mouse and keyboard connection points. The system is equipped with Siemens electrical installation devices and sensors. Remote stations with distributed I/O stations are also part of the plant automation Advanced PLC programs and error control algorithms enable high sensitivity in weighing and dosage control even at maximum capacity.
