Pneumatic proximity sensor designed for non-contact sensing using a magnetic field, operating with compressed air that is filtered and non-lubricated. Operating pressure ranges from 2 to 6 bar, with a flow rate of 40 l/min and an orifice size of 2 mm. The sensor is intrinsically safe, suitable for explosion-prone areas, and features an optical pressure indicator. Compatible with cylinders ranging from 10 to 100 mm in diameter, operating within a temperature range of -15 to +60 °C. The air supply must be dry to prevent condensate formation.
The body is made of plastic, pipe connectors are brass, and the holding strap is CU ZU 37 (brass).
Includes vibration resistance of 10 to 50 Hz and shock resistance of 500 m/s² over 5 ms. Repeatability is ± 0.2 mm.
