The machine can be connected to your LMS to track customer data. It identifies the correct job, picks the lenses from the trays, centers them, selects the correct envelope from 30 different magazines, matches the lens to the label corresponding to the job data, prints it, and applies it to the envelope to close it. A custom-printed quality card can be inserted into each envelope. The machine returns the sealed envelope to the tray. The completely automated cycle avoids mispackaging.
