Description of Components

Micro-Perforation Unit: 120-150 strokes per minute, pitch of 36 mm, 102 punches with Ø 4 mm, and a punching width of 75 mm. Features hydraulic storage for high-speed punching and a pneumatic lubrication Venturi system.
Hydraulic Plant: Motor with 12.5 HP, 150 L tank, electronic accumulator, thermo-regulator, and heat exchange model A300.
Electrical Supply: Motor brushless with 2.0 Nm, positioning speed of 50 meters per minute, and N2 rolls of 250 mm rectified.
