HASO R.FLEX

Product catalog summary
Overview
The document describes the HASO R-Flex metrology tool, designed for characterizing optical components such as large concave mirrors, lenses, complex optical systems, and beam expanders. It offers high accuracy and versatility, with standard accuracy of λ/100 rms and λ/200 rms in double pass configurations. The tool is insensitive to vibrations and atmospheric turbulences, and features very low pupil distortion of less than 3%.
Key Features
  • Patented measurement technology for simultaneous and independent phase and intensity measurement.
  • Collimated or divergent exit beam options with focusing modules ranging from F/1 to F/16.
  • Dismountable wavefront sensor for standalone use.
  • Comes with WaveView metrology software and various accessories like translation stages and reference mirrors.
Applications
  • Measuring large concave mirrors by positioning the unit at the center of curvature.
  • Characterizing complex optical systems such as telescopes and collimators.
  • Measuring lenses on-axis using a flat reference mirror.
  • Characterizing lenses in the field with a translation stage.

Examples of measurement configuration Measuring large concave mirrors Characterizing complex optical systems HASO R-Flex has been optimized using proprietary designs that enable manufacturers to accurately measure large uncoated concave mirrors by positioning the unit to measure at the center of curvature. Complex systems such as telescopes and collimators can be readily characterized by HASO R-Flex. The best focus point can be found using the wavefront error whereas, if the focus point is defined mechanically, optics can be aligned for that point. Measuring lenses on-axis Characterizing lenses...
