ILLIG diagnosis report The ILLIG diagnosis report is used in the context of preventive maintenance and repair. At each session, all the drives, e.g. main drive, pre-stretcher, material transport, tool cooling, etc. are monitored and documented in a curve diagram. The recorded diagram is analyzed by the ILLIG service and compared with set points. After each session, the customer receives the diagnosis report in which any deviation from the standard is noted. Among other things, we also recommend solutions and actions to correct the cause.
