The high-duty rimming machine BAG 50 b has been developed for the economical lip-rolling of drinking cups or similar parts with circular punching features. The unit is capable of handling a range of cup diameters in that the relevant feed and discharge pipes are being exchanged. Electronic temperature control of the heater elements as well as of the rimming screw heater stands for uniform rimming results. Due to reduced heater capacity, handling of PS cups is possible.
