Lubrication Module for Open Gear Rings:
The module consists of a stainless steel axle and a lubrication pinion with a hard plastic core and foam. The foam is designed for adhesive lubricants and is cut with a water jet to maintain porosity and absorbency. The lubricant is distributed through longitudinal and radial bores, ensuring even distribution across gear teeth.

Usable Lubricants:
Lubricants tested from -10°C to +40°C are compatible with the materials used. However, no guarantee is provided for the adhesion and attributes of these lubricants. Some manufacturers and products include:
