One of the best features of the Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Making Line is the double belt controller system. It responds to all the needs of the operator with solidity and accuracy, and the panel cutting system maximizes operational ability. The design of the double belt conveyor is built with hardness and durability, and the side block can be exchanged within minutes, making it possible to change the product quickly. EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE (EPS) SANDWICH PANEL MAKING LINE

This line can produce basically various types of roof panels, inside wall panels and outside wall panels without any further investment. Afterwards when requirement occur, this line is expandable to produce additional profile panels such as siding panels, log cabin wall panels and bolt secret fix wall panels by simply adding up the respective roll forming machines.

The production of polymetal panel is divided into two categories, auto-production system (second manufacturing processing) and manual production system. Auto production system, IL KWANG has successfully developed first in Korea is to produce polymetal panels full automatically using polyurethane panels produced in the continuous auto production process.
