CODE OF CONDUCT 1. SCOPE OF CODE The code of conduct outlined below must be complied with by all employees of Global Welding Technologies AG, igm Robotersysteme AG, Oxytechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Steigerwald Strahltechnik GmbH, PTR Strahltechnik GmbH and Polysoude S.A.S. 2. BASIC PRINCIPLE We follow responsible and social corporate governance. We are committed to ensuring sustainable use of resources and maximum efficiency in our production. So as to not influence prices or conditions, agreements with rival companies are forbidden. 8. WHISTLEBLOWING AND NON-RETALIATION POLICY We want to foster a culture of trustful cooperation. 9. AVOIDING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST Conflicts of interests that might negatively affect business relationships are to be avoided. Employees must therefore avoid situations in which their interests conflict with those of Global Welding Technologies AG. All employees are therefore not allowed to form businessoriented relationships with competitors, customers or suppliers if these might lead to conflicts of interest. COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT Die Global Welding Technologies AG is an environmentally-conscious company that feels committed to protecting the environment. At a minimum, we strictly follow current laws, guidelines and recommendations. 14. OPTIMIZING TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT Our technical equipment is the basis for establishing ourselves as a successful engineering company. When purchasing equipment, we therefore prioritize the manufacturing country, manufacturing conditions and optimum energy efficiency.

IMPROVING AIR QUALITY In order to improve the general air quality, we reduce the emission of hazardous materials and greenhouse gases into the environment, and try to avoid such emissions entirely, where possible.
