www.emwg.it COMPACT WASTE WATER PUMPING SYSTEMS GREEN LIFT MBR waste water treatment plant GREEN LIFT GREEN LIFT stations are used for the accumulation and pumping of water. These pumping stations are designed in lightweight high density polyethylene which makes them easy to handle and install onsite. GREEN LIFT stations are customized according to the project specifications and can be equipped with different types of pumps according to the type of water to be pumped and to the flow rate and head required. Usually grinding pumps are installed specifically to chop up large solids that might be found in civil waste water and thus avoid blockages in the pump station and following water treatment plants. As an additional measure, basket filters can be installed ahead of the pumps if required. Installed below ground, GREEN LIFT pump stations permit water to be conveyed, pumped, up to above ground water treatment plants. They can also function as equalization/ homogenization chambers, a type of pretreatment, downstream of further treatment. GREEN LIFT stations can be supplied with one or two pumps inside. The second pump allows for variable flowrates and guarantees back-up should maintenance be required on the other pump. GREEN LIFT stations are supplied complete with submersible pump(s), piping, level regulators, control panel and all accessories necessary for service. GREEN LIFT stations are ideal for installation in mobile or temporary settlements such as work camps, missions and villages.
