BNH/BN Terminal Blocks

Features:

• Touch-down terminals with spring-loaded captive screws
• Jumpers available for models up to 30A
• Fuse blocks optionally with blown-fuse indicators (neon or LED)
• Mount on 35mm DIN rail
• UL Recognized and CSA Certified

Specifications: Voltage 600V, current ratings 10A to 150A, wire sizes 22 AWG to 0 AWG, terminal sizes M3 to M8, torque ranges per model.

Accessories: end plates, DIN rail stops, dust covers, marking strips (PVC and fiberglass), end clips, jumpers (ring and fork types), aluminum DIN rails (1m length).

BNF Fuse Blocks

Features: Fuse holders with no indicator, neon (100–300VAC), or LED (24V DC) blown fuse indicators. Rated 600V/10A max, wire sizes 18 to 10 AWG, mount on 35mm DIN rail.

Accessories: end plates, DIN rail stops, marking strips. Fuses not included.

BN Power Blocks

• Power blocks up to 350A
• Mountable on DIN rail or panel surface
• 2, 3, and 4 pole models
• UL Recognized and CSA Certified

Specifications: Voltage 600V, current 200A or 350A, wire sizes 0000 AWG to 400 MCM, terminal studs M10 or M12 with hex nuts, torque 21-49 N·m.

Includes dust covers and marking strips. Dimensional tables for all configurations provided.

BA Fuse Blocks and Power Blocks

• Self-contained design, no end plates needed
• Heavy-duty rugged construction
• Current up to 40A
• 3-pole units as one piece
• Fuse blocks with blown fuse indicators (none, neon, LED)

Specifications: Voltage 150V to 600V, current 10A to 40A, wire sizes 22 to 6 AWG, terminal sizes M3 to M5, standard screw terminals, mount on 35mm DIN rail.

Installation Instructions

• Wiring BNH Series Touch-Down Terminals: Insert wire with screw open, push screw down to hold wire, tighten screw, loosen to remove wire
• Terminal Block Installation/Removal: Slide onto DIN rail, secure with BNL5 or BNL6 clips, snap down to lock, use BND2 tool for removal
• Mounting Double-Deck Terminal Blocks: DIN rail mount with end plates and BNL-8 clips; panel mount using BNDL2 clips, threaded rods, and nuts
• Calculating DIN Rail Length: Sum terminal block widths, add end plate thickness, add DIN rail stops width, round to nearest 50mm, add 25mm clearance each end

Torque Specifications

• Screw sizes M3 to M12 with torque values from 0.6 N·m to 49 N·m
• Dimensions for screw heads and threads provided for correct tool selection

BX Series Terminal Blocks

• Unique touch-down terminals with UL94-V0 flame- and shock-resistant PPE resin housing

• Available in 16, 20, 26, 34, 40, and 50 pin configurations
• Hinged covers with built-in marking strips

Specifications: Terminal width 7.62mm (M3 screw), rated voltage 125V, wire size 22-14 AWG, insulation resistance ≥100MΩ at 500V DC, dielectric strength 500V AC for 1 minute, operating temperature -10 to 65°C, humidity 45-85% RH.

Applications: Compatible with MicroSmart CPUs and I/O modules (FC4A, FC5A).
