INDUSTRIA CHIMICA REGGIANA TECHNICAL SHEET S01 FLASH-1 STUCCO UV One component polyester putty A) DESCRIPTION AND FIELDS OF APPLICATION: It characterizes for an exceptional filling power. Thanks to a very fast drying by means of UV-rays, it avoids the problems of all traditional putties, allowing the sanding immediately after the exposure (it doesn’t cause any overheating of the surface to be treated), with a better adhesion even on difficult surfaces; no pin-holes that might be caused by the mixing with a catalyst; no waste of catalyzed product; easy application even during the hot season; constant drying times; no pot-life. It is allowed to use it traditionally as well (with hardener). B) TECHNICAL DATA: Composition Specific weight Available colours Safety data Unsatured polyester resins and mineral charges 1.75 ± 0,1 Neutral See the safety data sheets * Iron, steel sheet, plastics (polyester reinforced with fiberglass) * Original paints or old well-established finishes * Clean the surface to be treated with Antisil V09 and make sure it is dry and free from silicone, wax, grease and any extraneous material. * On primers or enamels sand and clean the surface before the putty application.
